Achievements broken

Didnt give me my gold mountain zone award in game centre (it did on Plus) for completing all the levels with gold in the mountain zone.

And the constant "buy the sequel" whenever it loads is annoying, especially since I bought this game BECAUSE I bought the sequel...

Fix these for five stars.
